We want you to feel incredible in your Dressmezee pieces, but if your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached and no signs of wear or makeup marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
