How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer several shipping options including Standard and Express delivery. UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days, while International shipping times vary by location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and weight of the parcel.
What is your return policy for evening wear?
We accept returns on all items, including evening wear, within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that items with makeup stains or perfume scents will not be accepted for a refund.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips to compare against our chart. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit in our structured designs.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team immediately via Live Chat for urgent requests.

How should I care for my embellished or sequined garments?
To maintain the quality of your Dressmezee pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water or professional dry cleaning only. Avoid harsh detergents and never tumble dry embellished items as this can damage the delicate fabric and detailing.
